Ease Aches and Soreness: A Dr Teal’s Epsom Salt soak is an easy, achievable way to ease sore muscles after workouts, help speed up recovery, and soothe stress. Quick & Easy Regimen: Comfort sore muscles with 2 cups of Dr Teal’s Epsom salt. Soak for 20 minutes 2 times per week. Dr Teal's Soaking Solution can also be applied directly with a wash cloth to a sprain or ache, or mixed with your body wash to add exfoliating properties.
